2025 LITERARY CONTEST
The 2025 Righting History Literary Contest invites writers, poets, and creatives across what is currently Canada to explore this year’s theme of (Im)migration Stories at the Nexus of Climate Justice in Canada through poetry, short fiction, creative non-fiction, or hybrid works.

RIGHTING HISTORY SCHOLARS
We are looking to support three Indigenous and/or racialized leaders to develop one educational resource. This year’s theme is: Lessons from Movements Before Ours: Sharing Stories Necessary for our Future. These materials are meant to be tools for critical inquiry, collective healing, and political imagination.

HOST AN ACTIVE LEARNING
CLUB
We are seeking 3 facilitators to design and lead an Active Learning Club session. ALCs are 1.5-hour online interactive workshops/webinars that create space for participants to collectively unlearn, learn and explore this year's theme: Shifting Paradigms: Reimagining Climate Solutions Through a Justice Lens.
